Our online Procurement Portal

The Council procures a wide range of goods, services, and works to support its operations and deliver public services. This includes areas such as adult social care; children's services including education, early help, and social care; consultants and professional services; community equipment and maintenance; contractors for highways, buildings, and infrastructure projects; energy; facilities management; IT software and hardware; property management; public health services; transport; and waste management and disposal.

We publish all of our contract opportunities on our dedicated e-tendering platform. This includes both current tenders that are open for submission and previously awarded contracts, providing transparency around our procurement activity.

Whether you're a potential supplier looking to work with us, or a member of the public interested in how we commission goods, services, and works, our portal offers easy access to procurement information across the Council.

Click the link below to visit the platform, where you can register your organisation, express interest in opportunities and submit tenders securely. The ‘contracts’ tab shows all of the contracts we have previously let.

Procurement Pipeline and transparency notices

As part of our commitment to transparency and strategic planning, we publish a forward-looking Procurement Pipeline outlining anticipated contracting opportunities across the Council. This helps suppliers prepare for upcoming tenders and supports early market engagement.

In addition, we publish statutory notices - including planned procurements, contract awards, and modifications on the UK Government’s Central Digital Platform, in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023.

Access published UK1 Notices and other procurement notices on the Central Digital Platform (formerly known as the Find a Tender Service).

These resources are regularly updated and support our aim of fair, open, and effective procurement across all Council services.

Transparency and notices

We publish all formal procurement notices, such as contract opportunities, award notices, and contract changes on the Central Digital Platform, the UK Government’s portal for public procurement.

This ensures openness and accountability in how we spend public funds.
