Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) 糖心vlog County Council (Hill View, Defford) (No Stopping on School Keep Clear Markings) Order 2025
On 19 June 2025 糖心vlog County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit stopping at any time on School Keep Clear Markings on the following lengths of roads in Defford:
Hill View (West Side): from a point 174 metres north of its junction with Harpley Road around the turning head to a point on the east side 174 metres north of the junction.
The Order will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes.
The Order will come into operation on 10 July 2025.

The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
